All Foundations designed and constructed the piled foundations for a three storey apartment building in Edinburgh using restricted access piling equipment.

The ground conditions showed that the site comprised loose sand over clay, which meant that a piled foundation was required.

Access to the site was limited so All Foundations use their restricted access rig, XXXXX for the works.

All Foundations designed a piled reinforced concrete raft to support the loads of the proposed three storey apartment block.
