The contract, with Allied Steel Frame Structures Ltd involved the installation of foundations and a floor slab for the building.
Printing machine bases were also a requirement and needed to be to specialist tolerances and finishes.

Client: Scott Rimmer (private client).
Architect: Graham Markwell Associates.
Value of Foundations: £28,000.
Scope of Project: 14 No. 220mm diameter steel cased driven piles, 73m reinforced concrete.
Redhill Marina is situated adjacent to the River Soar in the shadow of the Radcliffe on Soar power station near Nottingham. It is an area that suffers from frequent flooding and therefore any housing development must have adequate foundations to support structures when the area floods.

Scope of Works: 70 No. CFA piles and reinforced concrete beam.
All Foundations were successful in securing this contract by redesigning the scheme to maximise efficiency on the site and provide the client with over £10,000.00 in savings towards to the new development.
