Kia Dealership in Scunthorpe. Civil Engineering.
All Foundations was asked to design and build a new Kia dealership on the grounds of an existing dealership. The scope of the contract meant that All Foundations had to use carefully selected sub-contractors to undertake certain aspects of the works.

Having secured a new dealership, the client wished to expand its current V.W. dealership to encompass a new showroom within the grounds of its existing site.
Sub-contractors
Acting as principle contractor and working with specialist subcontractors, the new high tech building was constructed ahead of schedule and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
Scope of the works
All Foundation’s works initially involved the stabilisation of the existing poor ground using a vibro piled solution.
The building works included the construction of a showroom and workshop, along with the construction of a 3500m
2 car parking and display area.
All of the works were carried out in and around a very busy existing dealership with little if any effect on their core trading activities.
Said Jim Usher, All Foundations engineer, “It was pleasing once again
to be allowed to display the full range or our activities and also
provide a high calibre customer with a simple, no hassle “one stop
shop” package / solution.”
