PILING & FOUNDATIONS WORKS
We install piling ranging in diameter from 80mm to 900mm on open sites and in areas with restricted access foundations. For varying ground conditions piling may be driven cased, pre-cast concrete, augered or drilled and in particularly difficult conditions we can utilise continuous flight augers (CFA), Duplex or Odex piles.You will benefit from our working partnership in many ways:

SUBSTRUCTURE - PILING - FOUNDATIONS
The development of new structures, both commercial and residential, has traditionally been an integrated process. At All Foundations, we provide a seamless operation from the initial concept to the completion of all substructure works. Every foundations proposal and quotation will be tailor made to your requirements.
In circumstances where you would expect conventional foundations to extend to 1.5m or deeper, we can usually provide a less disruptive and substantially more cost-effective solution. By utilising piled reinforced concrete ground/ring beams, pile caps, slabs and rafts we will leave the site constructed up to DPC level, ready for brick or block works.
Our engineers will provide full design for all our piling and foundations works, suitable for Building Regulations and NHBC submissions. Engineering design plays an important role in these types of foundations and you can be sure that you will be building on the best.
